The entire Northern Iloilo State University beams with pride and honor for Charlie Jun Docejo, a fourth-year Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Filipino student, together with his coach, Dr. Kaye Catalan Jardenil, for clinching 2nd Place in the On-the-Spot Essay Writing Contest during the ongoing Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC) National Culture and the Arts Festival 2026, held at West Visayas State University, today, April 9.

 

This remarkable achievement not only highlights Charlie’s exceptional command of language and storytelling but also underscores the academic excellence fostered within the NISU community.
